As a kid, I can remember when my dad purchased our first family camcorder. It was a simple VHS device, but I was mesmerized by what it could do. Eventually, he’d allow me take the camera and use it to make some disjointed, script-as-you-go, videos along with my friends. These experiences taught me that there is nothing better than creating content with people who are aligned with a shared vision.

After college I began creating legal documentaries that would be used in high-profile litigation. I’ve had the privilege of working alongside some world class attorneys to tell their clients story in a compelling manner. The type of cases ranged from criminal, personal injury, and environmental. Although the final product was often privileged and only shown to a judge and jury, the impact of these films has been extremely rewarding. These projects have impressed upon me the power of visuals to tell a story before ever scripting a single line.
